Printer not working

Open High Hardware Printer

The branch printer fails to initialize and reports a paper-jam error even after replacing paper and reseating the tray. Occurs intermittently after power cuts.

Steps tried
  • Restarted printer and PC
  • Re-seated paper tray and checked for jam
  • Tested with alternate USB cable
Proposed fix

Update firmware, replace rollers, attach UPS to avoid brownouts.
